Our Mayor
Greg Zarus Mayor Greg Zarus was born in Philadelphia, and he came to Pine Lake because of his career pursuits in government as a scientist, an engineer, and an environmentalist. Pine Lake elected Greg first in 2002, then in 2003, and again in 2007. Mayor Zarus is an ambitious and industrious leader with an informal common sense manor. His current term ends 2012. Pine LakeFest 2009
Pine Lake’s 9th annual LAKEFEST! Date: October 3-4 Time: 10AM-Dark (Sat.) and 12PM-6PM (Sun.) Place: Lakeshore Drive, Pine Lake, GA 30072 Cost: Admission is free ART — Art and artcrafts on display/sale will include painting, felting, photography, handcrafted jewelry, handmade cards/stationary, and more. MUSIC — Live musical performances will include rock, European-gypsy jazz, electro-pop, international folk, and acoustic Americana genres. FUN — Activities for attendees of all ages will include a sand sculpture contest, face painting and children’s art activities, a Saturday night beach party, and more. First Friday
Pine Lake First Friday Concerts These are events that take place in the beachhouse on the first friday of every month. Music performance begins at 8. Pine Lake will have goodies (coffee,soda,water,Beer and wine) for a cheap price.
