Irene Turner
Irene is a Georgia native and loves working with local and southern progressive nonprofits. With a background in Philosophy and a 2013 graduate of UGA’s Masters of Social Work program, Irene has volunteered and served on a variety of committees and nonprofit boards in Georgia. Making Pine Lake her home in 2016 has been one of the best things. Between walking on the trails, spotting the beavers, and daydreaming under the canopy of trees there is always a feeling of home among the natural habitat. In January of 2018 she began holding monthly New Moon Women's Circles in the Pine Lake. Irene lives with her husband Brad, dog Ryker, and cat Atticus (Adi).
